I'm redoing the paste and pads under the heat sink. I've had to tear it all down so I can replace the bottom piece. Is it best to screw the mother board down. apply paste/pads and then screw the heatsink into the motherboard? Or is it better to screw the heatsink onto the motherboard before installing it into the bottom plastic piece?
