my problem is likely the gpu, what I did to "fix" this was lowering the battle size to about 300-400 and EVERYTHING on LOW settings. It sucks but now its playable at least. Turns out my decent rig couldnt handle THAT much, which isnt even much at all ...

Okay I do want to dress one thing most comments that I'm seeing down below are having a very similar problem with me when it comes to splatoon 3 most people are thinking that the splatoon 3 server is not working I can confirm that it's less than three server is working perfectly fine I have indeed call the Nintendo people to help me with this issue and they all said the same thing each person that I called said a different thing they said that the internet is an issue you probably need to update the internet but here's the thing I did a test, my dad also has a Nintendo switch so what I did is that I took my game and played my dad also has a Nintendo switch so what I did is that I took my game and played my dad also has a Nintendo switch so what I did is that I took my game and played in my dad also has a Nintendo switch so what I did , I played splatoon 3 on his switch to see how long it would take for it to disconnect me I can say very much confidently that compared to my Nintendo switch which disconnected me around 2 to 3 match or even before I can play one match , when I played on my dad's Nintendo I did not disconnect for a good one whole hour , and it could be wrong but I actually have a theory I feel like if you had a really old Nintendo switch I had mine since 2017 that it kind of catches up and it doesn't really necessarily get all the updates , my dad got the family version Nintendo switch and he recently got that a few months back ago , so at this point I probably just buy a new Nintendo 😅

I have this shit too I can't create new account.

I tried everything , signing out , forgetting network and restarting the router, but nothing works. The only method that works for me is to actually resetting the router back to factory reset and setting up your internet info that usually provided by your ISP, hope this helps have a good day guys.
