as someone who plays a lot of emulators (NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, GameCube, Wii, GB, GBC, GBA, DS, 3DS, WiiU, playstation, PS2, PSP, and Sega Genesis) my recommendation for something that will make emulators more enjoyable is a USB controller for me I use a USB Nintendo switch pro controller but any control will work wonderfully
