It is definitely fun to just cruise around without a hard bit. Trying to just make something that's fun for me to play in VR where it needs to be easily driveable

Looks like they approved an update for heartland havoc I pushed a LONG time ago. Just got done putting in more updates for heartland and basin brawl, hope they come soon!

@@carguy4770 height map I made, I guess. This whole thing started as a dead nuts flat template I just kinda built up in beam as I went. I know there's stuff out there to make height maps that simulate mountains and etc... but for how I make stuff I don't think I'm using them. I sort of start my process backwards from what it seems like most do, I get ideas in my head of what I want a track to be. I then just lay that out flat on a 2d plane with lines, and build up from there, getting ideas of where hills should go to make it flow better and be fun. Other people it I think grab a random height map or simulated mountains and build a course from there... I build my course and make the terrain fit the course.

Since the core is not straight the lining up of the end cap with the core while assembling the new packing is very important.That is why he is working at the back of the silencer at the end.

I mean, its built for ultra 4 race cars, not the stock cars in beamNG. you can get the 2022 UFO car for free on the rough country crawling patreon, for like $3/mo tom has a lot of awesome slower crawlers, and a handful of unlimited 4400 cars that the track is built for.

The rough country crawling pateron has all of the good cars. Only free stuff is if you hop on their discord, I think the UFO Fab car is free there, and theres Dennis' ultrabump in the repo. for like the 1 McChicken a month the Rough country crawling pateron costs its worth it, Tom is doing the lords work making cars.

I do have a server setup that was holding track #2 for ahwile while working on it, and currently is holding heartland havoc as I update it. However, I don't want to get accused of stealing mods, so I am not sharing it publically. If you look up rekles racing, they have organized ultra 4 races every wednesday, a couple weeks ago we raced on my track #2, eventually we might end up racing on this. I am learning how to make maps, I have no idea how to set servers up to track stuff fairly, so there are actually penalties for destroying the car. If you want to race, 10/10 would join rekles racing again

Buy a beamMP server for like $4/mo and invite your friends? Ive still got a lot of work left to do, maybe I'll figure something out and set a server up for anyone that watches my videos. I have one I use while testing tracks but there are some mods in there specific to a few people's patreons, so I've only given the IP to people that are subscribed and race there
