The floor wasn’t seated just vip up above at the back, and for the wait time… it was absolutely freezing that day so we heard that people were only waiting around 45 minutes before us! (We waited an hour and forty minutes in line.) We were also fortunate enough to go in Orlando and people were lined up at 1pm so I think it just depends on location and weather<3
