you just need to adjust the graph so the middle part almost has no movement. similar graph just pull the first end more up 2nd down till you like it

it's definitely okay for an edit to be stiff!! however, i would encourage examining your scene selection and your overall movement. scales and position slides are a good example. the graphs you use for those movements should be set to a result in which it'll meet your vision of your edit. graphs are really important in this area of editing.

best tip would be to use several null layers that your camera is parented to. that allows for a continuous camera movement that never comes to a complete stop (basically just start the next movement on another null, which gives you the ability to start the 2nd movement a few frames ahead instead of waiting for the first movement to come to a stop)
