Hello, I apologise for the late response. The wheelchair has two lithium polymer batteries that recharge in your home using a charging dock. Both batteries are sufficient for a day use, so we just recommend you plug the batteries in at the end of the day once you get home.

Hi Pervez, it will depend on the type of valve your wheelchair has fitted, some will come with a traditional screw on valve called a Schrader valve, this is the most common and you can use a bike pump to do it. You may also have a Dunlop valve which is commonly used in Japan where these vehicles come from. You can get an adapter for that type of valve, or better yet, you can pick the schrader valve option when buying a new set of inner tubes.

Hi Mary, we do these videos as an example of how the vehicle operates, this is why the girl is not handicapped, if you know someone who would like to participate in these videos that is handicapped please reach out. It is true, you would need a second person to help you in the case of this vehicle, if you have mobility in your upper body I might suggest you check out a video on a "self-drive" porte, which has all the controls and equipment you may need to load yourself in and out of the vehicle alone. This vehicle is suited more for a small family or elderly couple where one may have less ability to move in and out of the vehicle. The transfer chair comes exclusively with the vehicle as it is made by toyota from the factory. There are aftermarket versions of transfer seats that can be fitted to other models with added cost. These vehicles come as a complete package which means you can drive away in the vehicle all set up and ready to go.
