It’s got good power, but gearing is all wrong for around-town. The speedometer is merely a “suggestion”, about 4-5 mph “optimistic”. The electronic cruise is nice, as long as 3 mph “swing” is acceptable. For this to be a “premium brand”, it’s the little things that have disappointed me. Won’t get any more from BMW.

I would like to see him take the f700 on this 1,000 mile dual sport bike loop . kzbin.info/www/bejne/mme8aWdra9mUgs0 If you are going to be on road only then yea get the heaver, lower to the ground , softer front and rear road suspension bike ,but if you are even thinking about any type of off road riding don't get the f700 unless you are going to ride gravel roads that are nice and flat . Don't try to take this f700 on any single trails .
