Bro it’s because you sighed in your account but if you do it for a different account your account will be deleted off the meta quest but if you got a new headset your account will be on it not on your old one

Your fine that happens to me like every day or two all it does is reset your files but in gorilla tag and your games it keeps all of your stuff it does that when there is a problem with the boot chip so it has to restart the boot chip in it your okay hope this helps

If its boot loop then turn it off and let it be for a few days and it should turn back on

Try holding the power down button on the meta screen, then restart the headset. Idk if this will work
