Yep. But as an owner of two companies myself, I also have to look for what our customers require. We do Consulting and our customers require degrees and experience in a certain genre. For internal tasks I do not look at degrees etc., I would rather lookfor the potential I see in a person. For external Consulting, much to my distress, degrees and a certain experience are both mandatory.

This is a great tribute, but it doesn’t even get into how difficult it was. That leg was primitive by today’s standards, barely adequate for walking, let alone running. Terry and his “team” made what modifications they could-as I understand it, some of which contributed to the development of artificial legs-but it was terribly painful and left his stump bloody and raw. But he got up at 4 am anyway, every day, and strapped that torture device to his leg for yet another marathon. It almost defies belief.

So?, it’s better to buy something with 50k of untaxed debt and buy say a house at the state’s property tax rate of say 1.5% than to earn 50k after taxes say 39k net and buy that same property?

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
