Yeah I definitely think that it’s better to go with Skil than Harbor Freight. After all, it’s the Skil Company that invented the “Skil saw” so they should know what they’re doing. My experience with HF has been to buy tools that I only need to use a few times but for anything I’m going to use a lot, go with a better brand. I bought the HF $20 recip saw to cut toilet bolts. It got them cut so I didn’t have to call a plumber and I’ve never used it again. So even if it craps out on me it was still a good deal for my one-time use.
@steffdiesel44332 ай бұрын
@@leeb.7188 yes, I totally agree. Sometimes you definitely have to shop around with different brands depending on the tool, the brand, what you will be using it for, how often you will use it, and finally the price. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. I really appreciate it.

@@wesmckean1443 Totally understandable. When I purchased it I really only had one use at the moment for it and it performed perfectly for what I needed it for. The only thing I would suggest when using it is to make sure the front and back of the fence is the same distance from the blade so you ensure your cuts are pretty much straight.
