Coach Travis has a way of breaking down the mechanics of the day's moves so that it's really easy understand the important points. I always like it when I catch one of his classes.

Very interesting techniques. And I used to use the many of the same techniques in wresting around with the guys that would come over and hang out. That was when I was way younger, and I was just using those moves out of instinct. Boy, if only I had taken it a step further, who knows how far I could have gone. Good to see that not everyone is giving up on dreams. This surely only a dream for some. But you are all strong, and you practice a kind of discipline. God said work on your inner discipline, and then your outer. God bless you. Jesus lives.

I have watched all of the testimonials, and this is the one I felt compelled to comment on. I believe the other people got at least a few more likes than you, because who ever was able to see these videos, saw something in the eyes of these people, or their energy that made them feel more accepted. I want you to know that you have a very good camera presence, but you do not look to possess the inner joy one would think you would feel, when doing what it is good for the body, and the soul. Discipline is the hardest virtue to achieve. I hope you have found your joy and strength in discipline. I do not know if you are still at this gym, or if you have moved on to another place. This message will find who ever is meant to see it, we are all similar, and no matter how much we advance in one area, we lose ground in others. I hope and pray you are all still advancing in the spirit. God bless you, for he created you. Jesus lives. Amen

I love your signature move I have been using it since I started watching your vids years ago. Isolate the arm, windshield to other leg, and submit.

@tombambo94355 жыл бұрын
It was an X-guard extension. The left leg swung around and hooked under in between the legs while the right leg remained a hook on the far leg of the opponent. Together, the hooks allowed for proper extension and thus the X-guard sweep.

I like his attacks from side control very very much. Professor Vamos seems to like the step over choke, I wish I coul dhit me up for some details, I have trouble finishing it from side control unless the opponent decides to roll towards me.
