That is no way to teach someone how to shift i honestly feel bad for the dude in the driver seat he trying to make a honest living in the trucking industry & he gots one of the worst possible trainers from the looks of it. He obviously isn't ready to drive yet i think it'll make sense to teach him the gears first on a parked truck so he learns about the gears instead of him grinding em like this just trying to wing it poor guy is nervous asF🤔🫣🤷‍♂️

I remember crying and stressing at the hotel during the training because you only could mess up twice on your final test. Living in my car during the 2009 recession added more pressure. Back completely against the wall. Made it through that. Got my CDL on my 21st birthday homeless in Memphis, TN. 15 years later still doing it, love it and appreciate those trying times of how it all began. Keep showing up.

It's almost as if the guy is learning... who'd have thought. Classic case of a piss poor instructor. If you're going into CDL training with no prior knowledge or comprehension, then you need to be taught from the ground up. But rarely do I click on one of these videos and see that happening. Then I turn around and here about how it's the immigrants, and black people, and young people "ruining" the industry. No, it's the goddamned trainers. With proper training, anyone could drive anything. Every last one of you yelling and grabbing the stick like that had to learn at some point. You're starting people's career's off on the wrong foot. Take this man to a safe location, and have him row through them. Up and down. Up and down. Have him single clutch it at first if you have to. But this? This is unsafe and ridiculous. The instructor is 100% the problem here.
