Your first to get a sensor you have to wire it so it works

This is my dilemma. I bought the Lowe's one at $300 but I am hesitant to keep it because the Home Depot one is just as good it seems for $200.

The Homedepot one from last year I think was better. The blinking lights are cool though.

You could paint the eyes brown or even just black so it’s somewhat more realistic. I wouldn’t repaint the red blanket part pink though. If anything, I would paint it dark blue, dark green or brown.
