These are great. im an Occupational therapist and work a lot with proprioception. My husband coaches our lads team and I've been banging on about how important this is so thanks for the video he's now listening to me 😂

Some great ideas here. You have also thrown in some excellent exercises here that would be perfect for goalkeepers too. I am sure your channel will take off as the content is full high quality and intelligent coaching exercises which mix learning with fun. Good work. PS that weather looks nice and I assume it's Spain or Portugal?

Shame about the lighting but some really good fun games in there that can also be adapted easily.

Thank you for your feedback and I agree, the lighting wasn't great. However, please understand that I have started the channel with the most basic equipment with the intention of improving the videos in time, which I hope you will get to see next season.
