Just came across this video 5 yrs later. Best way is to stop light leeks is to use an appropriate size rubber “O” ring around the 24mm camera on iPhone. If you use a 17mm threat filter holder and attaching the R2 filter the “O” ring will get squashed and seal the light. The ring should be a little bigger than the 17mm to avoid vignettes. I am taking my own advice to use a Neewer filter holder with the rubber ring, fingers crossed. As far as using the R72 filter at night, you wont need much light as night sky is full of Infra Red light which the sensor will record but will take long exposures as when fitted to an ordinary camera which has not been converted for IR, so your stars will not be bright spots but circle streaks instead.

I share the same opinions with you regarding traveling. I don’t spend much on eating while traveling and I don’t enjoy that much at popular tourist spots which always crowded and over-priced. I like to walking around, taking photos, and experiencing as much as possible how the locals would enjoy their life there.

Since you have been talking about FOOD allow me to advice 2 relaxing videos, one of Anthony Bourdain from 2013 for the hot spots and Eddie Huang for the lesser well known areas of Taipei . Big fan of both of them. Hope you are doing okay, stay safe and best greetings from a stormy Amsterdam

Well done on sharing your experience with these lenses. Subsequently, Simon’s Utak YT channel has produced an extensive range of videos on Takumar and other vintage lenses. It is virtually a series of university lectures. He is a big fan of the Takumar lenses with the Super Takumar 50mm F1.4 with the 8-elements being his favourite.
