Nice look down into the tower. I always wanted to look down there. I was about ten when they started building this tower and I asked my dad when he thought it would be finished and he said maybe when you're 12, lol.

We drove by there at night there was a huge silhouette out of nowhere it turns out it was the humbard tower

It it not used for anything. construction started in the '70's but, a lot of unfortunate events stopped construction at that point and the city was left with an empty shell. It was originally meant to be a hotel or apartments or, something. They had plans to put a restaurant at the top. I would imagine, sitting dormant like that for all these years it is likely very unsafe and really should be razed.

Wow, how many years did it take business and construction workers to realize a black roof was just plain stupid, Wonder when homeowners will realize the same????
