What a heartfelt video Kevin. I have suffered Depression for quite a while - the holidays can truly be very hard. This holiday season I’m happy to say was the best in a long time for me. Its wonderful your kids have been there for you. Hugs - to a wonderful 2025. We got this !

i've not watched all the video as yet - just paused it after your seasonal depression update. I just wanted to say a big well done on addressing this. I too suffer from reoccurring depression and it is a constant battle. I am so glad you are aware of yourself to a point where you can see when your mood starts sliding the wrong way. This is a huge achievement. Many times I've found myself in a bad state and not known how I've got there. I'm thankful that now I can spot when things are wrong as I'm sure you are too. Sometimes it is just about putting one foot in front of the other - and then others - getting out there, getting clean and organised, seeing friends, seeing the beautiful scenery all help too. Amazing job - appreciate your honesty and use us as your journal as much as you like. I'll be here to listen as I'm sure many others will be too.

Kevin!! My man. This was by far your best video, in my opinion only. Your editing is great, even with the voice over. Nice to see this side of you. I also suffer from depression a lot of the time. A guy always finds a way to hide it tho. Keep your chin up and making good content.

It’s hard I decided this Christmas and New Years to be with my 2 sisters and eat all the foods I knew I’m allergic to 😂😂😂❤❤❤ yes I’m still recovering from all that❤❤❤ I just got so tired of my situation 😢😂😂❤❤so I suffer now❤❤❤this is my 5th year without my hubby and my first try at trying to make it at celebrating Christmas but I’m still suffering from it.❤❤❤ it’s been hard to say the least ❤❤❤❤ my heart goes out to you ❤❤❤May it be a better year for us all🎉🎉🎉🎉Thanks for sharing Kevin❤❤❤

@@Sheilah_LucasGraphics so far everything is running like it should… floors are warm… the bed is cozy and there’s Xmas lights everywhere. Had 5 days of -30 last week and she did great.. should be already for the -40 next month!!

@@Bubbasvibez the reason I didn’t use spray foam is incase of an accident body shops can refuse to repair it. So I went with an automotive insulation technique to help insure it gets repaired.
