True 👆🏻What you say about "feel the hunger". I am never hungry,but I eat always . I am a snacky person ,so I justify my small meals but really ..I should be eating satisfying meals so I'm not snacking throughout the day huh 🤷🏻 I intermittent fast for 20 hrs every day and eat 2 meals plus snack here and there.I would love to go back to OMAD but am scared I will be visiting the toilet multiple times a day like in the past.That is what stopped me before . My digestion is so bad now though, and feel this might be the only way ,idk ?! So tired of stomach issues and constipation even .😢

Keep focus that your one meal is nutrient-dense by balancing fats, fiber, magnesium, and vitamins to support your overall health and activity levels I don't believe in focusing solely on calorie counting. Instead, adjust your food intake based on the season, your workouts, activity level, and age-related changes Feel free to book a consultation so we can discuss this in more detail

I started this out of accident. Despite working out at the gym my weight was slowly creeping up until I was having lower back pain. I was eating a healthy two meals, but I was continually snaking after my last meal and into the night with various snakes that I was buying at the health food stores. They were just as sugar filled and addictive as regular grocery snacks!! I was desperate and decided to use mint and licorice teas to replace those cravings and went to just one main, healthy , mostly vegan meal preceded by a bowl of fresh fruit. It has been like a rebirth. I have lost 10-15 pounds in 3 weeks. The "health snacking" was slowly killing me. Now many aches and pains have disappeared including my back. I am in my late 60s and swim, bike and lift weights 5-6 days a week. I do take some supplements and high vitamin density superfood powders with that one meal to insure I am getting all I need. If one starts this they can adjust that one meal as they learn more. I do not dispute that the sugary snaking can be the hardest to give up. I believe various herb teas may be the solution.

I already do thank you… yep… I’ve been doing so now for over two decades actually and I’ve never looked back…. It’s a marvelous thing… it’s works a treat at losing excess weight and also for weight management over the long term… after the initial hell at the start… it’s quite an easy thing to do… I’d say it’s a lifestyle choice rather than a typical conventional diet… It helps to banish some of those awful metabolic issues one sometimes gets in the middle years of life… it helps reset your appetite… it makes you feel younger on the inside outwards… it gives the body the time and space it’s needs to do its cleanup… it’s absolutely fantastic… can’t fault it in any way shape nor form.. Although with that being said… in the winter months when it’s freezing cold bleak and dreary… I will go to TMAD… but only if my body calls for it… I mean you can’t have thermogenesis with so little fat on the body.. it’s vitally important to listen to your body and to give it what it needs but mostly I will stick with the one meal… see my one meal is proper bursting at the seams with nutrients… I include all the healthy stuff like fats.. proteins (but not too much) lots of the fiber and so on and so forth… And moreover I’ve always viewed food as fuel for my body.. I may have the odd treat but that happens few and very far between… what I like about the OMAD is that it is not a fad… it works extremely well at removing the excess baggage hahah and I’d advise everyone and anyone to give it a try… do it for a fortnight to begin with then see how you go… You most certainly won’t regret it but it’s also important to consult with a health professional before you start with it just to be on the safe side… There you have it.. my thoughts on this thought provoking topic… You’re welcome btw !! Hi… thanks.. & Bye ;)’

Just to let you know Anastasia my OMAD journey started with me facing a life of poverty as a single parent of one after my then husband tried to force me to go back to him by starving me completely of finances… I wasnt going back… and so to make ends meet I had to incorporate just one meal into my busy day cos it was more important to feed my child adequate subsidence rather than myself but after a relatively short time of doing it I found that I actually preferred eating in this way so even when my financial situation stated to resolve itself I still stuck with the same way of eating.. it’s now become my normal and so now at 56 yrs of age I definitely cannot see myself going back to the weird eating habits of yesteryear… Just saying… Cheers & Ciao ;),

LOYALTY is the most important character trait for a relationship. Her body count is the number of men she dumped or got dumped by. She probably started dating at about the age of 15. Subtract that number from her age, divide it by her body count, and that will give you a good estimate of how long she'll stay with you. If she's 25 years old, and in her 10 years of dating has accumulated a body count of 30, You would be dreaming if you think she'll stay with you any longer than 4 months. Purity matters.

You're correct, no one diet works for everyone. Some people do much better with a higher carb, lower fat diet, with protein being higher than fats. Some do better on a whole foods, some on carnivore, but no one diet works for all.
@anastasia_fitness_expert10 ай бұрын
Absolutely! The beauty of holistic living lies in recognizing the individuality of our bodies. Some of us thrive on higher carbs and lower fats, while others find balance in whole foods or a carnivore approach. It's about tuning into what works uniquely for each person. Moreover, it's crucial to understand that even for one individual, the ideal diet can evolve with different stages of life, levels of activity, hormonal changes, and age. Embracing a personalized approach to lifestyle, eating habits, and self-care is key for sustained well-being.
@panamafred110 ай бұрын
Quick. Name me one essential carbohydrate. Name me one essential sugar. There are none. Essential amino acids in meat yes, absolutely. But carbs? No. I was vegetarian/frequent vegan for 35 years. I had T2 diabetes, brain fog so bad that I thought I would have to stop driving, bad arthritis, high blood pressure and on and on. Twenty months ago I went ZERO carb and adopted the Carnivore way of eating. I have completely reversed and eliminated all my former ailments. I now have no diagnoses and take no more medicines. Even most vegetables with their sugars, oxalates, lectins, and etc. are toxic to the body. And no, we do not need fiber, my digestive tract works just fine without it. My doctor told me that I have the blood and body of a very young man. I'm 75 years old and am now clear headed. I drive with confidence and have so much more energy now. I don't ever see myself going back to eating useless carbs. I love just eating meat, eggs, and butter. It fills me up so I am never hungry until it is time to eat my next meal. It is so nice to not have hypoglycemia any more. And by the way, the Carnivore diet is the only thing that has cured the sever chemical sensitivity that I have had since 1972. Now I can walk down the soap aisle in the supermarket with absolutely no ill effects. An animal source way of eating cures leaky gut. Sorry to disagree with you, but my experience and the experience of many thousands, including many, many Carnivore women, is compelling. Carnivore is not a diet. It is a sustainable way of eating for the very long haul.
@anastasia_fitness_expert10 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing your personal journey and the incredible transformation you've experienced with the Carnivore diet. Your story is both inspiring and powerful, and I appreciate your openness in expressing your perspective! Feeling that surge of energy and mental clarity? That's the real magic, right? As someone all about holistic health, I firmly believe in the individuality of these choices, recognizing that what proves effective for one person may not yield the same results for another. In my coaching practice, customization is key, tailored to the specific needs, lifestyle, and goals of each client. Regarding essential amino acids from meat, you've made a valid point. However, delving into the debate on essential carbohydrates and sugars reveals a nuanced landscape. While there may not be classified "essential" carbohydrates or sugars as with amino acids, the body can derive benefits from certain complex carbohydrates present in fibrous foods. The dynamics of dietary choices are indeed individual, contingent upon unique needs, physical activity, and lifestyle.

How about having chia seeds daily work for men? Does it reduce testosterone or increase? What's the proper daily amount for men?
@anastasia_fitness_expert10 ай бұрын
For men, a daily dose of 1-2 tbsp (15-30 grams) of chia seeds is recommended. While chia don't directly impact testosterone levels, they do contribute to hormone balance with their rich nutrient profile. OMAD is great for both males and females, the same as fasting 🕊 If the female body has hormonal disbalance in the first place then fasting and OMAD would help and heal her by bringing harmony & balance to the system.
