sounds good but how do you get rid of that propeller sounds when you let off the throttle ? or is that how all of em are. i just the did same thing on my M4 6MT but not really a fan of the burble (propeller) sounds when i let off the gas. i do though like how much louder it is which i dont want to get rid of that

Is it normal for the exhaust tips to shake when cold or idle? Got the same setup as u and the tips shake a bit sometimes even shaking the whole rear bumper

To me, it sounds like there may be an issue with the installation. Particularly they may have fitted it too far apart, it's not a bad idea to get it on a lift and take a look.

@@kbkollective so what actually happened was I took out resonators and secondary cats and replaced everything with just straight pipes no x pipe. That x pipe or 1 resonator is mandatory essentially.

Yeah absolutely. And you get to save yourself well over $4000. To me it's just not worth going aftermarket because the sound is so close. Thank you very much for watching.

Ill be the first person to say. This is fire and if it wasnt for Mercedes swapping the AMG C43 from a v6 for a V4... Id get that but because they swapped it out. Ill be going to the BMW M3

I’m thinking of getting the Dinan x pipe to delete the resonators. Do you think that’s a good option. I was really disappointed in the sound coming from F80 comp.

I would say it's best to just go to a muffler shop. If you want the dependability of a brand like dinan, it may be worth it however, I think you're just paying for the label.

It’s reversible if they take your resonators off in one piece. If you want to go back to stock cut the straight pipe off and weld the resonators back on. Of course the new weld marks would not be factory.

Yes, it's absolutely reversible. You just simply weld back your resonator. Just make sure they don't cut it too close where no metal is left to reattach.

It’s a 60vdc battery with the newest ones being roughly 37-38 amps depending on shipment. You will need to charge it to 100% as well and not 90%, as the last 10% is when the cell balancing takes place as so you don’t have one battery showing more then other others as that is NOT GOOD for Lithium type batteries. Please people read the instructions and research and learn how newer batteries work and why they need to be charged to 100% and not 90. Now the 30% is a bit better, but I wouldn’t push any of my lipos below their intended cell/battery cutoff voltage which is bad for most any battery. As I said, please people before you jump onto any bike or car or skateboard and so on, please do yourself and many others and read the manual before you do anything!!! As for battery care and such, I wouldn’t listen to thus person too much as I know for a fact that his battery will end up having issues in the long run due to not being charged correctly. Let the charger do it’s thing even if it shows 100% charged, if the charger is still on and working, leave it alone as I said it’s probably performing cell maintenance and balancing. JMHO!!

BMW G8X active valves do not open 100%. Get a valve controller like a VSC-2 or Dahler Module. Now imagine pairing the resonator delete with 100% open valves. Utterly insane.

Sounds waay better, mane. Recently picked up my G80 MT. Got it w/ 17 miles on it. There’s a break-in period that they(dealership) advised me of. I noticed you did this Resonator Delete at 379 miles (I thought I saw on your dash), did your dealership/service department, mention anything regarding this “mod”?? I appreciate your response.

I don't think they should be too much of an issue for anyone. As long as you're not beating on the car and you're allowing it to properly break in, you will be fine.
