I mean, a lot of things you're pointing out as "mistakes" should be analysed per game, no set rules. W max before E is usually better when you have tanks and combo characters on the other team, where you need to maximize your damage, so I'd say that's not a mistake at all; What does going Sorcs have to do with your own teammates? It's a Magic Pen item which helps you, again, deal more damage to tankier characters like Heca/Garen which will be on your face every TF; Void is also good going hand to hand with the above; Cryptbloom is not always better; Cleanse instead of TP is good for winning lane/snowballing on 1v1's specially against a CC like Charm. Going Cleanse is also good good against Lux, Syndra, etc. Again, depends on the player and matchup. In this case I don't see it being bad; Ludens is a good item on Veigar, dunno what you mean here; Eletrocute is also good for winning lane/1v1 and is still very much usable nowadays; The blue ward, I'll give you that, it has nothing to do with game or player, that should be gotten sooner; Rabadon is great with Veigar, but it also depends on game and team. He was going for Rabadon as the last item which is a fair thing to do as it will gain more efficiency the more AP you have and at that point in the game he would have possibly over 1k AP; That being said, Shadowflame is great on Veigar because it helps your finishing abilities (like W or R) hit harder and maybe execute the enemy better. You could point not being able to hit his E consistently or doing proper poking as mistakes, but Veigar is a very unique champ and his build paths don't need to be so linear and can change based on matchup and how games are unfolding.
