Great question! These are the requirements to carry loads for Amazon: DOT number, with interstate authority and that has been active for minimum of 180 days, and a valid MC number. A “Carrier” entity type that is Authorized for Property and for Hire A Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Safety Rating of “Satisfactory,” “None,” or “Not Rated” Behavior Analysis and Safety Improvement Categories (BASIC) scores: Unsafe Driving below 60% HOS Compliance below 60% Vehicle Maintenance below 75% Controlled Substances / Alcohol below 75% Driver Fitness below 75% All required insurance policies including: Commercial General Liability not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate Auto Liability not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, including a trailer replacement coverage of $50,000 Cargo coverage of at least $100,000 Workers’ compensation insurance in all jurisdictions where your company operates Employer liability not less than $100,000 per occurrence And you can be an owner op or a company driver to carry Amazon loads! 😊

Amazon only seems to care about efficiency when it impacts their bottom line. When they inconvenience contract workers by making them wait to talk to an agent, provide their load number, wait some more, drive out of the facility and drive back in to get the load--all unnecessary steps--they don't seem to mind because contract workers are eating that cost. Their entry point should be able to detect the driver app based on proximity and relay all information needed to that app rather than waiting to hear some garbled low-res audio from an agent. And they should be able yo provide real time updates on the readiness of your load or choose to be assigned a different load within your dual-driver parameters.

You and your wife could EASILY gain subscribers (and money 😉😅) if you made your kitty's own channel!!! 😃 You two are a great and cute couple, and I'm not one to say that willy nilly. This might sound weird (or pervish, but i don't mean to make it sound that way), but I actually like her. She can drive a big rig and more than likely knows the ins and outs of it. She loves you so much that she would rather go around the country in a (big) small cabin rather than try to be pampered in a house with a bunch of useless crud, trying to be a trophy wife. 😅 If you two aren't married yet, you should definitely propose! She's a keeper!!
