You have to bear in mind the Zuiko is a portrait lens, so the softer corner/edges will help the bokeh appear smooth and creamy, it will give you that nice fall-off. Softer centre sharpness will help smooth skin. Leica 42mm.5 f1.2 is more a general purpose having edge to edge sharpness. For me I'll pickup a used Zuiko, really using it for street and snapshot portraits. I want more reach and compression than the 25mm F1.4

I'm trying to figure out the best connection method for my thunderbolt four NAS from u green. Of course they included thunderbolt 4 in the Kickstarter but did not specifically state you could use it as a connection method. Now I've had to learn a whole bunch of stuff about networking and buy a managed network switch and I'm getting fatigued by all of the things I have had to learn. However having your own server and using it to edit your high resolution 8K and 4K video files is simply amazing.

All of this is true unless you're editing on Adobe Premiere and then it's going to crash every 5 minutes just because you're using a nas

Great Video but at 10:07 I would've liked to see how DR and PP performed with the 8K 24p 200mbps footage, I feel like all three softwares struggled with the 400mbps, but because you showed the 200mbps on Final Cut it makes Final Cut look slightly better. Just curious to see how it performs with 200mbps.

Own the tamron and its prob on the camera the most. Its the most versatile, takes beautiful pics, and its so light and ergonomic!

i know this is a 7 year old video but if you want better noise performance you should be using Full Frame or at least APS-C. with MFT you must be willing to accept poor noise and dynamic range in exchange for lighter and cheaper setup. throwing massive glass on MFT is a waste.
