Second bedroom doesnt have windows , so its a walk in closet ,not a bedroom 😂
@TheOtherKine19 күн бұрын
Most people in Japan don't spend much time "at home" anyway, they always end up going outside, using their bedroom literally just for sleeping
@DaddySeri21 күн бұрын
why would you want that wide a sink to end up with work surface not big enough to hold anything but a chopping board
@Zariganino23 күн бұрын
For reasons sadly. The ppace got ruined often and they can get away without payment for repairs. When we learn how to tell differences of what type of foreigners, the situation will start changing.
@Zoe-sn9tb23 күн бұрын

Now I live in Japan in student visa. Can I buy a house ?
@aptsjp25 күн бұрын
Yes, you can, if cash purchase. If you have a long-term work visa and can put 30% downpayment, you might be able to get a loan, and easiest way to get a loan is permanent resident status.

itso, it’s easier to buy properties in Japan (as in pay in cash) than renting a property…

The summer sun is scorching. With the windows like this you will get a "green house" effect. I'm currently experiencing it in my apartment with lots of windows.
@aptsjp2 ай бұрын
Tons of windows is definitely a tough balance to live with, though many only consider the positives and find out about issues later.

What a stupid video. Too much information too fast and no price match to the dollar. How large is the land? How many everything? Where is is located and next to? Mate you need to rethink your video strategy coz it sucks. Go watch the other akiya shorts the other Americans Asian does.

Yea but you have to factor in the wages and cost of living. Of course cost of living, and rent is going to be cheaper. Wages are wayyy lower. Also jobs are immensely harder to find.
