For reasons sadly. The ppace got ruined often and they can get away without payment for repairs. When we learn how to tell differences of what type of foreigners, the situation will start changing.

Yes, you can, if cash purchase. If you have a long-term work visa and can put 30% downpayment, you might be able to get a loan, and easiest way to get a loan is permanent resident status.

I have money but my Japanese is at best N5, and I don't even work in Japan. So might as well find a job in Japan despite I already have a money enough to live independently for my entire life 😂 but fuck I need a job so I can stay in the country long term.

The summer sun is scorching. With the windows like this you will get a "green house" effect. I'm currently experiencing it in my apartment with lots of windows.

Yea but you have to factor in the wages and cost of living. Of course cost of living, and rent is going to be cheaper. Wages are wayyy lower. Also jobs are immensely harder to find.
