Hopefully is true, understand that farmers has to protect their cattle...but leopards were there first and they are becoming extinct because of poachers, hunting and loss of habitat...they have no where to go...sad such beautiful animals!

As far as I can tell, he explains how legalisation will bring regulation to a trade which already exists & will not go away, but can at least be made more benevolent via regulation if it is legalised. There will be no place for the powerful, underground black market supplied by the poachers if it is displaced by an openly-conducted trade which can be properly scrutinised by the relevant authorities. Prohibition does not remove demand, it forces trade into the murky underworld.

RamiS18: It was the intention to cover the whole stadium but costs escalated to such an extent that they decided to leave the biggest part of the roof. Thanks for your observation.
