I had the most wonderful time there back in July 2022. Great place, awesome people and the food was so good. Coffee too. Fascinating array of olde farming machinery spread around, lovely gardens and the whole place well maintained and clean. Pretty much each week I', wearing my Pinnarendi T-shirt (good quality too. That's why it's lasted so long! ) 🥰

@gavinwilliams4803 Hey Gavin. Not sure of the dimensions. We left our van and car in Darwin and flew home for the wet. Will continue our travels at the end of March. We have a 2.4 KVA Briggs and Stratton and that fits in there nicely. Maybe give Fab or Joe a ring they might be able to help. Sorry we couldn’t be of more assistance.

Beautiful footage and love the music in your videos Linda. Sean said you definately need a snorkel for your trip in April. Also said good if you let your tyre pressure down a little on those horrible corrugation roads. Loving the little videos haha.

Yes, good plan. Well get a snorkel and drop the pressure on the tyres. Miss you guys.

My wifes parents owned that property which they bought when they came out from england.my father-in-law built the landing and boat ramp in the 60's.after my wifes mum passed away we moved up to the property and ran it for a number of years for her father,HE sold the property on condition he could stay there till he passed.at that time he charged $4.00 per car per day,no matter how many people were in the veh,no charge to use the ramp.all the locals knew about Ranglewood including fishermen from rockhampton, customers stopped coming after my father in law Bert Wedge passed on,and the new owners put the prices up so much,Anyway great mud crabs to be had there so i hope you enjoy the camp.a little advice for future ref, over midgies try and get some cow dung and burn it in a bucket,

Best Caravan Park to stay at is Bongaree Caravan Park google best location. Love it good clean amenities and its right opposite the beach. Look for the Blue Water Tank to your right when you are crossing the bridge to Bribie. You need to go to the 1st roundabout then turn right at it follow back to the beach or bridge turn left at the water follow to the Blue water tank the Caravan Park is there. The entry is opposite the beach the gps will try and take you to the back of the park though entry is on the waterside.
