This video would have been superior without that loud crap playing in the background. There were so many excellent songs & tunes from 1971 & that era that would have improved this video. Anyway, I have a 1969 dodge d-200 camper special 3/4 ton truck that was iin a terrible accident that could have killed me almost 4 years ago, but after getting it fixed at a shop, it still runs & I still drive it even though it's slightly beat up after crashing down about 12 ' in the air coming down on highway 77 in south texas (driscoll) on sunday night, february 23, 2020. I was traveling from la feria/harlingen to corpus christi.

How did you go from a light stain to a dark one after you applied a coat of finish?
@josephkanowitz6875 Жыл бұрын
ב''ה, looks pretty good for now but on a kitchen drain don't be stingy with that slope (beyond that necessary elbow) or you're in for years of snaking it, plus PVC can eventually sag a bit. Twice the length with that lowest slope (in fairness you've probably still got twice the angle of what the builders could do) and you'll really have problems later, especially with food grease and hot water from a dishwasher output.

It's possible to leave the rad hose connected and not drain any coolant. Saves a ton of time and mess.
@tedmaas3588 Жыл бұрын
Your tie in to the waste is not correct. You are not supposed to tie in with a sanitary T. You need to use a Y with a 45 degree fitting so it will make a long turn sweep. The sanitary T fitting is to sharp of a turn for waste, and you are liable to get a clog

Yeah I was worried about that also I had the furnace in the way and no drawings of the plumbing before hand . Its my house so hopefully we don’t have any issues it’s not a heavy used bath.
@MrJoevette05 Жыл бұрын
More illegal plumbing work, you cannot install a sanitary tee like that, San tees should only be vertical, also you rolled the shower up, that's called an s-trap 🤣🤣, these poor homeowners.

Just did this again the 14th or 15th time this year i went to put the pump back in lined the pin up and the gear inside the motor literally spun a quarter turn before it took up the slack in the chain and stopped turning. Now the motor wont even spudder when i turn it over just sits there and cranks. Why they couldnt do things the right way and use a gear drive is just mind boggling and i dont wanna hear that the harmonics crack cranks ive seen 3 with gear drives exceed 600k miles what breaks cranks is bad fluid dampners and lazy bums that dont do maintenance. Kinda like who owned this truck im currently going through. Then i chase codes and have people tell me im just throwing parts at stuff after testing every single part and piece and finding it faulty. Honestly ive never seen such a great design get screwed up so so so badly by chevy its this motor that makes it so ill never ever own a new chevy cause of what they did to it. And this is from a guy who stands to inherit a part of a chevy dealership. ! That should tell you something about this motor and how bad our engineers screwed it up

Good technique.. I like to do two coats of fabulon polyurethane with a final coat of marine varnish as well for general wood work and stairs. You can make good time with the poly and it looks like you did 4 coats of varnish.
