Mine croaked. Compressor went out and its a expensive paperweight. Lasted as long as a residential unit. never out performed a residential unit either.

We bought this a few months ago and love it. It is extremely well built and easy to use. It helps me get around when we go shopping. We bought it directly from Moving Life for 3200 with the arms. It is easy to fold and unfold as he showed. The detachable part can be a little heavy for some, not to bad though, my wife can lift and we are in our 70's. It's a great product.

I have the same exact model I got yesterday. Mine did not come with any Wi-Fi instructions even though it does have the Wi-Fi option when I go through the menu. And also I did not get any extra o-rings for the inlet as you said in the beginning. My question is, I have mine set for 45% humidity. Will the unit automatically shut off when it becomes 45%? And then start back up once the humidity rises again? And I know these units have the built-in pump and you have to push the button to purge it. But will it drain automatically or do we have to drain it manually every time? Thank you bud

No filter to clean? Do you ever turn it off? I’ve had mine for 3 months and the first few weeks it ran great but now even though it still collects water, my room humidity is still over 60% sometimes and my best option ends up being opening a window. I couldn’t find a filter to clean, did you?

Lol, I don't know. I've had mine for several months.and I love it. It's very humid here, I get twice the amount of water as in this video. Anywho here's what I did. I got my roll of black electrical tape and cut a small piece off, just enough to cover the incredibly bright light up.

My bedroom drives me absolutely insane I will turn the AC down to 69 or 68 and my room will still be a constant 75 and will be at 75% humidity I just got one of these and it makes a noticeable difference no longer does everything feel slightly damp
