I’ve watched a few videos so as not to jump the gun with assumptions but I think you could greatly benefit from dropping the weight in all aspects of your upper body training. There seems to be a trend on always starting on one plate on bar movements when pressing and that moment you start to put more weight on from there your rep range almost always drops to 6 or seven reps (with a few outliers). There are two main issues with this as it is clear that you are not in the gym to be a powerlifter: (1) it no longer becomes hypertrophy training because their is no constant tension on the muscle with as you are just trying to move the weight because it is too heavy to maintain a muscle-mind connection (2) If this was indeed powerlifting training it is completely wrong. The part that stands out most in these videos are the dumbell movements. Your hands shake with the dumbells on your second or third working set when it is only the first exercise. This is not because you’re not strong enough (to a degree) but moreso because you have weak stabilisers in and around your tendons which will hinder the progression of weight because you should be hitting 8 clean reps as a bare minimum. (I.e. not just laying the dumbells up at whatever cost because you’re shot from a lack of warm up or going way too heavy. They way to train your stabilisers is all about control and tension with weight in your hand. This could also mean slowing the rep down a bit more so as to feel the points of tension throughout the whole repetition. As type this I just watched your seated fly movement and your shoulder almost immediately came in from on your body as you did a repetition. The tension in your chest was lost and transferred in to your front delt on a chest exercise long before true failure half reps. If you can hold back on the ego and work on these things you will notice a change in your training and physique I can guarantee .However In the event that you do read this and think to yourself that I’m just being a hater, Rewatch your footage from this video and those previous and observe the tension in the chest on pressing movement. The best technique I can point to on KZbin is Nick Walker. If you can learn a thing or two about technique it’s from him. Best of Luck
