Got mine in version 80 and I am very happy with it. So much better grip than the other plastic ones out there. This grip feels solid and heavy. Enjoy your training.

I have bought hand grip exercises for 25 years. Always carry them in my car, have one on my desk at work. I have owned and tried out so many grippers. Don't waste your money on any hand gripper besides the ones they are showing you here. They are the best there is nothing even comparable! I have the 80 with the orange spring and use the grip tape for a much better grip. I am going to buy the blue spring model as well just to have another one.

Just got mined, have questions, noticed after used that a little bit of oil seeped out the tiny hole where the cap holds the end of the spring, is that supposed to happen and if so, should I regularly squeeze oil into the hole for maintenance, if so what type of lubricant? Second question, the end caps for the spring used to be eclips but have been changed to a more durable design, if it were to break would you need to get a new gripper or is their replaceable parts?
