Would have appreciated details on the airboat: Boat size, engine, gear ratio... Seemed like this is just somebody with money buying the latest toy as he looked like he was new to the game. Could be wrong but who runs through a upscale housing development throwing gravel and shit at cars and housing? Somebody just might get a killer deal on a busted up or sunk, slightly used airboat.

I have never seen one like before . Flying right out of the apt complex parking lot . Thin runway . This was balls out ! Cars coming and going . Great flight and nailed the landing too ! Looks like a warm climate town . Somewhere in the south maybe . Great job . I'd probably be afraid to do something like this because people drive without any care . If my airplane was run over I'd flip out for sure . You did an awesome job flying in and out of your apt bldgs. Over the lake was low . Wow , you had me worried there for a bit . I really enjoyed your video . Thank you. It was fun to watch .
