Been waiting

I also haven't played in 20 years haha. I was addicted to this game when I was a kid and obsessed with rollercoasters. I randomly got an itch to play it again and found out about openrct2 and I'm just amazed. It's so cool that this nostalgic game that I loved has made a comeback and there's still a community around it still building stuff. I'm so glad I found out about it. I'm not sure I have the skills to build something really nice, what with all this time-consuming tile inspector layering shenanigans and complicated shoestringing/track merging. But I'm at least excited to practice and see what I can do. :)

How'd you do the square ride supports without the ride?!

People might not be riding because of the half height queue steps. Peeps can walk but they cant find it - so only peeps that get there by accident will ride. You can fix it with a normal, invisible queue and proxy path

I like that you caught the little tunnel! You missed the Batman Returns movie scenes in the basement part of the queue, though 😉

Looks amazing swag, just love the look of everything, big fan! Maybe a little longer queue would help 😉

I like the new corkscrew layout. I get that this isn’t an exact recreation. It was a really creative way of getting around the problem of translating the real thing into a 20 year old game.

I like the new layout but it does seem a little disappointing to me to abandon the traditional Corkscrew layout for such a historically significant recreation. Did you consider a diagonal station (like shown in Geauga Ocean City on NE?) - it might not have been that much bigger of a station but it'd at least be √2 wider with wonky diagonal scale.

Funny thing is stunt pilot is different from every raptor, it doesn’t have the small pre drop, it just does a regular turn and then drops, but every ride here is different from silverwood.

I usually place the footers on the outside so they don't glitch when a train passes by. You'll have to do some tile inspector reordering to make them stop showing through the land though

I knew you'd give up on Astroworld : your last 12 episodes were slow, sloppy, had little improvements and you did, removed, redid... I think it's better that you do this for a while and only come back to when feeling like doing a large progress on it. But carry on, you have my whole support.

hopefully when planet coaster 2 comes out they add the Togo Ultra Twister as an available coaster type so we can truly rebuild the full park in Planet Coaster and fully relive the days of this park i really wish i could have visited myself
