To me here is my comparsion : Visuals : In this one it's very stupidly close but UFS takes it like UFS made the snowdin maps not have lots of fog compared to ULC but ULC is slowly rising to their level. So currently UFS has the point Sans content : in terms of that ULC takes it there are way too much Sans content even if some sanses are trash like storyshift (if you dont have the upgrades) so mostly we have around 35 sanses (I am counting murder as a character) Skins : ULC paid respect for almost every skin and UFS kept the conpect of skins, both take the point Chara content : the amount of weapons and morphs puts current UFS to shame. Like bro I don't want to have my ultimate be a single slash (worn dagger "special") currently UFS has made skill trees hope it gives some new abilities but I think overall ULC takes it, they made some weapons that are balanced like killer knife and stick along with tough glove but some are ridiculously powerful for their cost examples are like : cleaver and bone's melee. Sans Attacks : UFS is unbelievably smooth, UFS takes it Goofy games (UFS april fools vs ULC warfare) : In this section UFS takes it as ULC didn't put much effort, we all now clearly know where all of the budget went to for UFS' development since it's so good even a normal game. UFS takes it Teasers and renders : UFS takes it, (I am not saying ULC is terrible at doing teasers and trailers and renders of their stuff, no they are good at that but UFS had done more of being teasers but ULC will become good enough to compare) Events : ULC currently takes it, since UFS' only events revolve around april fools and troll stuff, so it's not fair to actually compare, ULC takes it. Music : ULC has some good themes but UFS have good themes as well so both take it here (judgement day is good and judge till death is good, broken promises is good athsiem III is good) Overall : UFS scored up to 5 points ULC scored up to 5 points Meaning both are actually tied if I didn't include the joke games part UFS wouldn't have tied with ULC but point is, both games are great UFS promotes a skill based gameplay loop which can be satisfying but also boring if it's the only gameplay. ULC promotes the classy gameplay of strategy because of stamina being a thing not all characters are gonna be busted, meaning you would need a brain. So overall I think both games are kinda great but ULC takes it for me because of nostalgia and also because I am very interested and also because I became good at it.

UFS HAS WAY MORE UNIQUE ATTACKS!!! But I still personally think ULC is better at helping starter players, which is one of the reasons its so alive, along with the skins actually adding new stuff to the characters instead of being soupy cosmetic.
