You are going with a bunch of aggressive varieties in the back, which is good because they will hopefully control each other. Lots of variety! I’m glad that you are already seeing the benefits. I do suspect that the sedum you have planted is a non-native. I don’t think it’s invasive, so that’s good. It just won’t be as beneficial with serving as a host plant. I hope you post updates each year!

Understand the Sedum, but it is HIGHLY desired by bees and comes between resources. Part of my goal for this garden is to show me what is blooming near me for my bees. There is Sedum in a lot of yards in subdivisions all around me, tons of Goldenrod in nature preserves around also Wild Bergamot and others. This way rather than having to drive around looking for what is blooming it will she me right here.
