I'm happy to see the Fara Homidi brand doing well. I have one of the lip compacts, and it's definitely a unique formula. I wanted to buy one of the complexion compacts, but I'm unsure as to what shade I should buy. I'll really need to try them out in person.

I'm so excited to see them grow! The face compacts do have some room, so each shade will stretch a little. But, yes, for the safest pick, if u can, try it in person.

I watched your video for the lip oils. I have the exact same lip oils. They are the first lip oils I have ever used. I find peach glow to be thicker than lavender glow. Therefore, lavender is my favourite. I love the consistency. I love that it leaves a tint on my lips. I love the big wand. I never want another lip oil, then guerlain.

I'm always disappointed at the lack of POC reviewers for Lisa Eldridge -- not sure why the demographic for this brand seems to be mostly lighter skinned folks, but I was glad to get through my KZbin deep dive to find a person of color with pigmented lips. These shades looked gorgeous; I was leaning towards Ashes of Roses and your vid confirmed my choice! $59 seems steep but the packaging and formula look so gorgeous. Will be keeping an eye out for the Cherry shade too!

Thanks for watching! A big reason for starting my channel was me not seeing people who looked like me showing products I was interested in. Lisa had a huge following, before her own brand launched, so they just followed her to her brand. Considering how inclusive the brand is, it's strange you don't see more women of color here. Grenat Profund has to go in my shopping cart!! It's such a lovely color. For exercise, I lift weights 2-3x per week and I walk 7000-10000 steps everyday(especially after meals) and eat a high protein diet. For weight lifting I do work with a coach once a month for programming and technique, because if you are not used to lifting you can easily get injured.

That green pallet is beautiful on you and with your scarf. I’ve been looking at that pallet, and like you, was somewhat mystified by the pop color. I’m fair with blue eyes, but still think I could wear it with maybe a little lighter application. So glad I got to see what you did!

I had my eye on them because the colors are stunning, but was nervous that a wood clenched pencil wouldn’t have the kind of volatile emolients I’m used to in my favorite pencils. Thanks you for the lovely comments!! Yes, I went on to look up German pencils after I filmed. These r definitely a difference experience. I personally have mostly seen negative feedback. It was easier for me with more moisturized skin, but others are finding them difficult.

I'd say it it has more coverage. Better is too subjective, and I love them both. I font where Fara's as a concealer typically. I wear it all over. For spot concealing I use Westman Atelier's concealer. Surely u can use either of the other 2, but I don't use them for that. Fara's would offer more coverage, out of the two.

This has been really helpful. We are a shade match in a few foundations and I've been looking for someone closer to my skin tone that has tried Audrey. I've had Audrey, Romy, and Ribbon in my cart just waiting to feel good about moving forward with Audrey. Also you helped me decide if I should get the Hermes bronzer in Sienne or Colorado and I think I'll go with Colorado as well.

You look lovely! I think the eye pencils just take a bit of getting used as they are markedly different from the VBB eye kohls, which is a different formula. I have Vert Titien and it’s a really stunning teal green. I was in the post office the other day and the postmistress even commented on it, how much she liked the colour. The pencil does seem to be easier to apply from the second time onwards. The first application was difficult and also caused transfer to my upper (hooded) lids. But no issues second time. However, longevity is not as good as VBB kohls, and whilst I still caught a flash of green at the end of the day, it did seem that much of it has disappeared over the course of the day. I have just bought Rouge Sellier as the colour speaks to me so shall see if application/ longevity is any different. I bought the highlighter today - available only on the Hermes website. I passed on the entire Chanel and Dior holiday collection so this is my Christmas splurge.

Thank you!! The general consensus I've seen is people are not loving the pencils. Many are finding them hard to use, and sustain. While I faired better the second time I used them, i want the ease of VBB liners. I've found that in more than one formula. I can make the Hermès ones work though. People seem to be echoing the same issues though, unfortunately.
