@@theonekewlkat Yes, but mostly I meant that having an airforce with the intent of using it in combat is more expensive. Not that a country shouldn't have one (and, being a Canadian myself, aware that we're about to get a fleet of F35s). Just saying that this is way more expensive than a couple of early jet-age planes and, per latest post, retired pilots.

@@davidsully348 how is having 9 or more FIGHTER jets that never see combat CHEAPER ? can you sell me what you're smoking? millions if not billions of taxpayer dollars for the planes then the exorbitant amounts of fuel spent for arial performances while we are being told we have to buy outrageously priced electric vehicles is a bit of an oxymoron dont you think?

@@stormyjean-baptiste2196 yes, I was 9 at the show with my great uncle, he was a plane engineer for the airforce, we all saw it, the pilot went to low and didn’t pull up quick enough, in just 5 minutes there were ambulances and airforce personnel moving everywhere, we were all told to leave for obvious reasons, I heard the next day the pilot died, poor guy, never knew his name, never bothered searching it up, it’d just make me sadder

Yeah, they did a great paint scheme for the 2024 RCAF CF-18 hornet and they changed their manoeuvres only one of them instead of the quad 270 year-old the first maneuver they have the hesitation role that we did not know what it was called and I found out today what it was called we used to call it the hot 270 roll
