the year on the back of their necks does say 2007. but they actually were released in 2008. i remember that christmas. it was christmas 2008 they came out. some hasbro toy products have a date that is 1 year before the toy was released. for example, furreal friends “scamps my playful pup” has a copyright date of 2004. but the toy came out in 2005. the 2010 “go go my walking pup” has a date of 2009 on it, but it was actually released in 2010. im thinking that maybe that’s the year they were manufactured or something like that. idk. but yeah the learns to potty dolls came out in 2008, even if they were manufactured in 2007
