Made it! The filling was hard to stir fully, otherwise really good!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the cream cheese has to be at room temperature so it will be easier to stir.

Thank you. I recommend trying it. I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and it is equally good even without the cheesecake filling.
