hi there! the bath itself has that outlet that continuously pours hot water into the tub.. the fact if it’s REAL hot spring water (that’s gone through all the piping etc) or not - I am actually not 100% sure! sorry! it’s similar to the public bath places.

Just to be clear, the one in this video is Himeji Castle - different to Osaka Castle.. and in regards to your travel plan, to be honest with you, I am not 100% sure - our trip in this video was 7 years ago, I’m sure there’s alot of things have changed since then.. it’s best to do your research first. I’d make Google map as your new best friend for Japan trip, coz it is actually pretty accurate if you want to know how long it takes from one place to another. 😄

@@arneebar8965 google maps are really great for finding your ways over there! it will give you detailed time, bus/train route, which line/platform etc! and Japan has become more & more tourist friendly in the last few years, so you’ll be alright! 😉 all the other hotels we stayed at I’ve put the names in the description box in each episode it featured. 😄

hi! The resort itself is open all day, but if you meant the Ice Village, I believe they only open in the evening. Sorry I don’t remember the exact time, please double check on their website :)

The cars over there would be fitted with snow tyres, so it should pretty safe. But of course, it depends on the condition! If road is icy, then definitely can be dangerous. And in our case, when it was heavy snowfalls, we drive slower ;)

yes! they are very pricey around there, but we couldn’t actually get any for our trip - they were fully booked! so we just made it a day trip, drove there early in the morning, then headed back to Sapporo again at night.

hi there, this trip was at the end of December 2019 (Christmas period). I believe February is the best time to go to Sapporo in the winter - as they have quite a few ice/snow festivals around different places of the island. However, since corona, I’m not sure if they’re back in schedule or not.

@@ishouldprobablygotobed2818 hi! yes, we went here on Christmas Eve (of 2019) to be exact! Snow definitely did not disappoint, very thick and PLENTY of fresh snow falls throughout the day.. just the ice village itself did not have as many igloos completed yet! (as you can see in the video, there were a few incomplete igloo frames)

big pun hi there! Japan has become quite tourist friendly in the past few years, especially in Tokyo where it’ll be hosting the Olympics! Big accommodations/hotels and places outside in general should be no problem at all with english (some smaller towns or shops may only have limited ability, however they’re very accommodating). Let’s all hope this corona virus will be over soon, so we can all travel around again! :) Take care!
