Iv learnt to never pull spark plugs out while still warm they heat up at a faster rate than the threads and you can strip the threads in the spark plug holes, iv literally learned this first hand myself lol.

First time I've heard of this but will keep it in mind
@aaronaaron300319 күн бұрын
@BrokeManzGarage I'd never heard of it myself either until it happened to myself and I done a bit of investing online and learnt its more common than i could have thought as 'm not a mechanic I'm a professional welder/ boilermaker so Iv learnt everything mechanical by trial and error like a lot of us lol. Great channel tho mate love the magnet you use for pulling plugs out iv gotta get me one of those my spark plug sockets have rubber inserts that hold the plugs in the socket but they can be a bit of a pain at times 😂

Can get the halfords membership and get 10% or more off retail purchases. Can also get autocentre memberships for the price of an mot. Not the best deal around but if you need tools or puncture repairs it can work out no bad.

10,000 miles? Isnt that a completely normal service interval for most cars?
@wefwefwef.20 күн бұрын
Nope, even cars that claim 10k miles is the recommended oil interval you should usually half that if you want the engine to last
@mikeyduke1020 күн бұрын
@@wefwefwef. based on what because I've heard other people saying that you could easily get more life out of the engine oil to get your moneys worth and that the 10k is a conservative estimate anyway.
@wefwefwef.20 күн бұрын
@@mikeyduke10 lol listen man its not like im getting paid for you buying more oil, im just recommending you half whatever the official service interval for oil and filter changes on your car is. manufacturers want the engine to last long enough to get out of warranty then die. Plenty of youtuber mechanics etc would recommend the same, if your oil doesnt come out of the car looking similar to what it did going in, its been in too long and got a build up of contaminates in it, not as effective a lubricant as it needs to be at that point. Try dipping your finger in 10k mile oil and rubbing your finger and thumb together with it, you can feel the contaminates like grit. Obv with diesels that rule of thumb is not the case cause that shit turns black instantly but for petrols deff.
@MyLungsStillBurn20 күн бұрын
@@wefwefwef. I work at renault, our intervals are between 15 anf 30k kilometres, so thats still fine, depends mostly on how old the oil is

I’m 29 years old and I remember having my dad take me to GameStop Damn bro.. we never knew what we truly had the time. Straight up plan and simple. DLC map packs that was it. That load up screen just so nostalgic. All of this video is our old western equivalent to the good old days… 😢
