I wish you the best of luck finding one. I sold it a few months ago. The price of diesel outweighed the fun factor for me nowadays. I also wasn’t a fan of the idi’s lack of power.

@@BigB_16 What part of the country are you in ? I know here in Arizona I see them come up every so often that are in decent shape no rust. Anyway when you get yours post some videos of it, people seem to really dig idi content. Also try to find a nice 7.3 version, they had thicker head bolts and take aftermarket turbos a better then the 6.9.

@@Art397R Will do! I just saved up and bought a dirt bike so I gotta pay off that debt but I’m hoping by this time next year I’ll be paying off my truck! I’m from western Colorado so not to far from AZ I’ve been looking around here on marketplace and what not but nothing quite like what I’m looking for close by although I’ve been seeing some! The regular cabs look so much better but I really want a manual as well and I know she’ll be expensive but that 6.9 sounds to good not to drive😂

@@BigB_16 Good dealz sometimes just fall right into place when you least expect it, that’s usually how it goes lol. Yea I’d recommend looking out this way if you can, no snow so no rust. I use to live in Ny and are vehicles were rust boxes after 15 years.

@rapidfire-0680 Жыл бұрын
It look's like you might not have that carburetor level?, I can't really see it in this video, but because Rupp use's that funky angle plate on the motor mount, they require a special intake flange to offset that angle for the carburetor, so that your float's are level, and so because if not, you could be starving the engine for gas !
