Facts, Its very common for landscapers to get 100 dollar leads month 1 and then 4 months later drop to the 25-50 dollar range. I have even seen cpa drop 4x when compared to month one. Imagine quitting before experiencing that 4x increase in lead flow.

You made a great point mark about clients assuming call volume dips are from google ads. We had once instance this last year where a client claimed lower calls in the winter. After evaluating the lead flow it turned out google ads was performing the same give or take a 5%delta. It was his other lead gen avenues that had dipped and not google.

Are those costs per conversion supposed to be impressive? I feel $87 per “lead” is way higher than the average price on other lead sources. Im looking to get started on google ads but as a guy who is well with numbers this definitely isn’t persuasive. Please let me know.

Lead costs come down over time - this is 11st three weeks. Couple of notes - lower cost leads often don't convert nearly as well as Google Ads lead - after all - these folks are actively searching for your service. Click costs in your niche are super high - don't know the reason necessarily but its what drives the lead cost up. There are ways to reduce lead costs which we implement over time - but the fact is that we don't control the click costs that Google charges.

I have a quick question. I’ve got monetized on my KZbin channel about a month and a half ago and have earned a couple hundred dollars when I look at my KZbin studio. Google add sense did not approve me and I got a rejection letter to my email. Am I still able to get the money from KZbin?

Absolutely! If your AdSense application got rejected but your KZbin channel is monetized, no worries. KZbin payments are separate, and you should still be eligible to receive them. Just ensure your KZbin account is linked to AdSense, and check your payment details in KZbin Studio. If you have concerns, reach out to KZbin Support or consult the Help Center for assistance.

Not sure the exact reference - the CPC may not be lower but often the Cost Per Lead is lower due to having a more mature, optimized campaign

What ad budget would you recommend if I want to book hardscape job around 30k-60k

Couple of factors that go into that - the size of the geographic market you target, how competitive click costs are in that market and bear in mind that many searches who need hardscaping will still search "Landscaper near me" - so you can't always know what exact service they are looking for. Target high income zips for larger jobs.

Hello, if I were running a medical medspa, would I set up different campaigns for each service or one general campaign and branch out each service within the ad groups?

If you have the budget for separate campaigns per service I'd likely lean that way. Budget control, ease of management, the ability to run experiments at different stages for different services, some services likely have seasonality. The downside to that approach could be increased time managing the campaigns and your conversions would be spread across multiple campaigns - it would take longer to switch to Max Conversions, for example.
