Don't grind away any of that bad metal so the weld actually penetrates! Did he drink that water after too?

They tack-weld the thing first, then when you see the pan under the piece he is using a gouging rod instead of a grinder to remove any bad metal.

Always plenty of men standing around watching are these men employed , whose stopping their income tax and national insurance, still you probably pay no tax when you're on £10 A week. The fact is conditions have not improved or the general state of the workshop and working conditions, no fear of health and safety coming and shutting them down, perhaps we should all work like this might get more done. I wonder what warranty they give with their work, Haha.

Why cant any of these guys grasp the concept of running a continuous bead? 87 tack welds per inch doesn't equal even a half assed continuous bead.

Judging by the shape and deformity of the area of the boom pivot and cabin undercarriage, then I'd suggest someone lost. Their life in a horrific accident(pecking a rock face possibly)! If so, then RIP brother. 🙏
