Your first photo Richmond, all those stock photos are SF not Richmond. Richmond houses do not look like that. El Cerrito has good schools? See 5311 School St, EL CERRITO, CA 94530 with 2, 5, 7 rating. for 800k.

He doesn't mention the Aging Population and skyrocketing property taxes. Once the last of the boomers and the beginnings of the Gen X'ers start to go their kids won't want to hold on to two properties and the market will flood. THey are playing games but no one can beat time.

You mean right now? I say tgis because I've lived through 3 market crashes and everytime the have been people like you saying what you just said. Then as time progresses, high prices and high interest rates lead to people just walking away from the home they can no longer afford. The only difference now is companies like Blackrock buy up the inventory and jack up rents. If you think the current market will just happily chug along as is for much longer, I look forward to donating my empty bottles and cans to you in the future.

This is a different era, in the aggregate maybe it hasn’t mattered as much. If you think a Harris admin will garner lower % rates and a better economy you’re NUTS. If Trump wins of course the energy sector gets opened up and the economy will SPIKE UP!

If they do decide to lower interest rate, it will be so measly that most probably wouldn't even refinance. Then on top of that, home prices might sky rocket, which further increases the likelihood that people won't buy homes. Now let's say new data comes out and they realize they cannot lower interest rates in September, I can't even imagine will will happen because it almost looks like we're heading towards a recession as is
