Are there troubleshooting steps for not receiving the email after clicking generate report? I verified that the correct email is associated with the account. There is not much more I can do to troubleshoot. I tried countless times and it made no difference.

as an IT company owner, I love the concept, but the pricing can't be justified. I pull hundreds of drops a year and 99% of the time, I get buy with switch reports. I wish Fluke would find a way to support small businesses better who don't have million dollar projects or even $100k projects...

Hi I hope you can help me. . What if I'm testing the channel test on both sides do I need to use the permanent link cable like on the video to set a reference or just a patch cord? And one more thing what if my adapter is a cat 8 channel can I use it to test cat 6 or 7 cable ? Or it will affect the accuracy of the results
