Nope. You two seem great but the Bricktown Canal is a joke. Stagnant dirty water and terrible restaurants. That's it. I live here and I should know. Go to the Paseo District, the Plaza District, Wheeler District or the Myriad Gardens. That's all we've got for tourists.

You must be nuts. Stayed there two months ago and it was horrible. I had to shoe horn my fifth wheel in a space that was not suitable. There were tons of open spaces that would’ve been better. Management was no help. They ignored me. We were supposed to stay three nights but stayed only one. Went to another park that was friendlier. 90% of the reviews are negative with the same tired response fron the management. I’m an RPI member and would never stay there again.

I was born there in 1935. in an adobe house, one block and 3 blocks south. My grandpa David Hansen had a harness shop on main. He had been crippled since 12 by a black widow spider bite on his knee. My grandma, (lizzie) gave piano music lessons and played the organ in the church. My dad was Forest Ranger in Mt. City, Nevada and my Mom had been head waitress at the lodge at North Rim Grand Canyon. My uncle Don was medic in Germany and my Uncle Al was a signal corp specialist in US Army in New Guinee.
