Does the old clock tower and chimes above Omnibis still work? I always stopped to listen to it in past years. The mountains seem to carry the sound.

I've spent time at Lily Lake but it's not this one. The one I go to is way up the Huerfano River and it's a difficult hike to it. Its elevation is near 13,000 feet. After hiking to it your diaphram will ache for a few days. It's right next to the north face of Blanca Peak, 2200 vertical feet.

To start off, your town is probably my favorite place I've ever been. Honestly some of the nicest people I've ever been around. I think I've been there 4-5 times. It's been about 5 years,we split up after 17 years together. I've not been back, but I hope to make it back out to ride the tram. Always wanted to do that, but never got to. Years ago we watched" Jack goes boating" and we both loved the sound track, when we discovered the band ' Devotchka'. We've come out to see them in Boulder, denver at the Blue Bird , and my favorite, the Stanley Hotel. We stayed at the Stanley twice, and I think it was the Ridgeline three times, the Latitude 105 is the best. Hands down the best burger I've ever had! Met so many nice people at the bar, I was seriously thinking about moving out there, one time I met a couple that the guy did construction and his wife was in real estate. After talking a bit, it come up im in HVAC. They told me I could make a living there, he would hire me because good hvac guy's are hard to come by I guess. It didn't work out, but I've always wished it would have. I was out there, to Colorado probably 10 times over the years, most definitely my favorite place out of everywhere I've been. I'm sorry to have gone on so long, I just hope if you read this, how much this video meant to me. Hopefully on of these days I can work it out to move there. It's like a sign, I thought it was so neat at the end of your video, come to find out you are into real estate. Thank You so much for making this video! So cool to here the back story from the man himself. Can't wait to eat Antonio's pizza again this summer.

It's terrible as a shop owner this has killed most of the shops in town. Nobody wanted this and the 7 trustees voted this in without and concerns for the shops or the impact this would have. Most of the shops are family owned and they do not have anything in place to help out the shops or really didn't care when we asked. The members at town hall Estes just keep passing the buck on who is responsible and we even contacted the Mayor and were told that she won't be Mayor in 10 days and to tell the new Mayor about it. We are just disgusted and saddened by what is happening as they really don't care that a large portion of shops aren't going to make. This is truly horrible and we have no one to reach out to for any help and are just so disappointed in Town Hall for not protecting us. While we do understand they want to improve the visitors experience, they seem to have forgotten that the come for our shops to and with the loop going through town one way it also will take them out of town after visiting the park, it doesn't bring you into town so we aren't sure how this is supposed to help the businesses. We feel like it's a loosing battle with nowhere to turn and it is fallen on deaf ears. So please remember the shops when visiting Estes Park because the politics are a joke and don't protect their people.

I checked out your KZbin channel and found your content very nice and thumbnail construction perfect. But the problem is that you have not done SEO in your video due to which your video is not getting more views. If you do video SEO your video will be on the top of the search list and your audience will increase. I also noticed that your video tag is not used, title-description-tag is not SEO friendly, title is too long, I can fix these if you want. And I will SEO your videos to reach your real audience.

I wish you would list the prices for these places, so we could get an idea of how much homes like this cost.

Why is all about rates ? Why value of homes go down to true value!. Rates are good to be high. What we need is home more affordable.
