Tim Bakker templates woudn't work because of corporation ATS systems to scans thousands of resumes. It's not a human that look at the resume. It's a machine. Only the ones that got pass the machine, are the ones who get review by a human being.

Is it okay to post an URL link in the opening statement of the letter?

i want to ask that in your website i saw cover letter for civil engineers, i that u did not followed the box style at the top as u did in the video. Now my question which would be more better either traditional introduction of ourselves on the left side or writing in the box section on the top with linked in profile name? plz answer as i have to submit an assignment.
