What air temperature range can the bottle of bonding agent be applied to the RV drain connection ?

I already bought my easy ABS repair and I'm about to do this on my Thule cargo box to fix a couple of cracks. My box has a silver exterior paint and the cracks are very fine and not that noticable. I am mainly concerned with long-term strength (prevent cracks from spreading) and waterproofing so I was hoping to do this all from the inside to avoid repainting or need for decals. Can I apply that v-groove 60% technique to the inside only and does it need to be adjusted for an inside only approach? Also what Dremel bit would be recommended for this? I am new to Dremels and recently got one. Thinking that bit looks perhaps like a 117?

Would this work or something like it on the T shown in the video if it is cracked at the 90º juncture? Because the T is somewhat below the 2x6 footer, it is going to be really hard to remove and replace.

what is the shelf life of the product once it is partially used?

If you decide to apply the resin to both the underside and the topside of the cargo box, do you have to sand the topside or can you simply leave it as-is with the resin slightly higher?

If it takes 24 hours is it really a resin? Wouldn’t abs glue kinda do the same thing? I think Abs glue works by melting the material and creating a bond.

I used this after watching a video about repairing black and grey tanks on an RV. Mine had both torn loose at the connection because the trailer had been dragged around with no axle under it. I carefully followed instructions and used a dremel tool to clean the surfaces. Waited a couple of days for it to dry and then installed the new plumbing. NO LEAKS! Very very happy.

So, does that mean you can't flush or wash hands for 24 hours? That would be difficult.

Sorry fella but I worked in plastics in the 1970s anything from hot air welding to plastic cementing so don't BS the public that you invented this bonding putty it's been around for years.

I used this product on my camper waste pipes. It stoped leaks in joints of both my black and grey water pipes. Also, customer service was excellent. Very satisfied with this stuff.

Where was this when I was looking years ago. I know these fenders are a different case. Not a fiberglass. Can't be fixed with normal stuff. Is this flexible like the original?

Guys help. I did everything it sad here. Also did 3000gr. And ended with 6000gr for the scratches. I just painted my fairings. But still you can see marks. How do i fix this?

Think about it you have to wait for it to dry for 24 hours when you can replace the fitting and that takes a hour at most.

Put some ABS glue in a little mustard squeeze bottle and you're good to go! This IS what we are looking at here, right?

Or, you can get about a sq/ft of sheet ABS at TAP plastics for about $5 and use your ABS cement to permanently fix it.

You can do same thing yourself. Buy 100% acetone and melt ABS plastic with it. You will get same thing that they are selling

Why 5 days?

Not a good strength test. But good that it did not break at the weld. No way of knowing the forces on the weld.
