Something that could be useful for those looking for a solution for this. This video solution worked for me years ago (changing apps), but since then perhaps updates have come that prevented it from working again. I've noticed that plugging in the camera the first time it'll shows a name "SPCA", but unplugging and plugging right back in shows "HesTongCamera" (presumably the proper camera name/driver". Performing these steps his works every time on multiple devices of mine.

The app you are showing is not the one you are clicking on its not in camera view got the same problem with my moto g13 but light won't even turn on when i plug it into my friends light comes on or fire tablet cant be no power from the usb c maybe

so i had the same problem i went to apps - google store - storage - clear cache and all so apps - allow permissions to app - as 2 possible fixes and then redownloaded from the site on android only to find out still a black screen but if i left it on a green pixelated colour starts to come....i think what's happening is the phones operating systems trying to read the software or the device because the green stuff that appears is a some sort of read image but still nothing for me....ill try that app and return to update this comment

hi guys, the solution is simple. All apps now work (tested on Realme narzo 30/Android 12). Just go to Settings and search for OTG. And enable it. Stop. Everything works. terrible video quality (not premium version)

I changed my phone and eventually got my endoscope working on an app called USB Camera which is not the one on the instruction sheet that came with the endoscope, I managed to get a fuzzy picture, so I changed the resolution to 176X144 in the App settings, then all was fine.

I tried 3 different phones before I got it to work. Huawei Moto7 and then a Samsung, and if the 45-degree mirror doesn't work it probably has a plastic protective film that must be removed

Issues with Android 10, also check your OTG is on. So try it with an older phone that's still connected. Or F it and buy the kit.

I ended up having to put a thicker o ring on as the one I fitted was too thin and snapped easily. The thicker o ring (same size) is working great.
